"It definitely seems like one of the better options right next to campus that I know of and I’ve probably had an overall net-positive experience. Only criticism I have is that the fire alarms are extremely sensitive and there some times when it goes off multiple times in a day making it almost impossible to focus or do anything. Most of the time it feels like it happens right when I’m about to do work too. At a certain point I think that the staff need to inspect the smoke detectors or figure out if a specific unit keeps setting it off and deal with that. The fire department even comes over and then they leave immediately once they realize there isn’t an actual fire. Everything else works mostly fine but the alarms kind of stick out like a sore thumb. The only reason I’m leaving this review in the first place is because of these alarms. It’s getting a little ridiculous how often they can go off out of nowhere and it feels like nothing is being done about it. As I’m about to press enter the fire alarm has gone off yet again while I am typing. It’s almost comically bad. 3 out of 5 stars is now changing to 2 out of 5."

"I went in for info on studios, and the front desk girls were all SUPER nice! I spoke to Payton and she was super knowledgeable and helpful. She spent a good amount of time going over all the different ones they have available and even sent me home with a whole list I could look back on. She also showed me the different floorplans online! She was a lifesaver for real - management y’all have a gem with Payton!!"

"The employees are great! Constantly helping with any issues quickly and efficiently. Corey, Krystal, and Morgan have been especially helpful. They always start friendly conversations on your way out of the building and constantly brighten my day! Love the entire staff and appreciate their hard work!"

"Lived here for two years and can’t complain much about the rooms themselves the only thing you need is people tend to treat the amenities and the hallways poorly which led to problems a lot of times when they were neglected. Oliv usually handled it to the best of their abilities and the staff that I’ve gotten to know like, Corey, are very friendly and easy to talk to and I’ve be able to often come to them with any questions or concerns. The location is worth most problems you will deal with here because the truth is a lot of places have similar problems with not as much going for them."
