Auburn Village

"The Auburn Village office & home office (CPS Development Group) are absolutely awful! They told my friend to find a sublease and even when she did, they denied it because they "didn't want to do the paperwork". They tried to go behind the lease but we wouldn't do that since it could seriously hurt her legally if something did happen. The home office yelled at her when she called because they were "wasting his time". Seriously one of the most unprofessional and upsetting experiences I've ever had. If you are looking to lease anything through this company, I seriously urge you to reconsider, unless you want to be mentally, verbally, & emotionally abused by this company."

"I moved here my 2nd year of veterinary school & I absolutely am in love with it. I live in the bungalows - I live on the bottom floor of the townhouse in a 1 bed 1 bath. Plenty of space for me & my dog! Even though it’s next to a few busy roads - noise is not an issue. The units themselves are so nice & cozy. The lawn care is immaculate & always look so well kept. Andrew at maintenance is amazing - my requests are fulfilled so quickly. He’s awesome! I cannot praise this place enough."

"Savannah Square has been such a wonderful place to live. Not only is it visually pleasing (cute little house looking buildings) but it is quiet and all the neighbors are so kind. The maintenance guy is always so friendly and quick to fix any issues. I love the amount of space in the unit I lived in, and the in unit washer and dryer are a huge perk. Finally, the office staff has always been so helpful. I needed to move out quickly after getting a new job and they actually helped me find a new tenant to move in after I leave. Anytime packages came in they always notified me, and anytime I needed to ask them about anything in the office, they made time for me. I will miss living here, it beats any apartment complex I've ever stayed in."
