Greystone Pointe Auburn

"Greystone has been the best apartment complex I've lived in. It's clean, feels safe (even past midnight since the parking is so well-lit), and, despite advertising as a luxury apartment, it is really cozy. Additionally, the front staff and maintenance have been so attentive. Any little issue I have (dead battery to an alarm) was taken care of same day-- it is so well-maintained. The place is also so structurally sound that I can't hear my neighbors which has never happened to me before. I love the gym and yoga room it offers. I don't have a dog but the park looks really cute. There's also a community garden which I've been meaning to try out and a bonfire which will be perfect for upcoming cold fronts. The car wash port also seems convenient and it also has an air pump station (I haven't had time to try it out). I love the package set up-- I never have to worry about any of my packages getting stolen since they are delivered to a package room with an easy scanning system. This apartment complex has made the transition from moving from out of town extremely smooth; thank you thank you thank you! I truly have not lived in a better apartment complex. I highly recommend Greystone Pointe in Auburn!"

"Greystone Pointe in Auburn deserves 5 stars all day. From the moment my wife and I came to tour, we were welcomed and greatly accommodated. The staff was great and able to answer any questions we had regarding the lease. Applying an and renting was made very easy. We love our new home and feel very safe here. Everything is super clean and well maintained including the beautiful pool and workout area. I would HIGHLY recommend any friends and family to move here"
