"Overall a great place to live for students. Affordable and within walking distance to campus, and if you don't want to walk there are 3 bus stops. Many amenities for everyone (pool, gym, tanning deck). There is always things happening for residents like donuts, coffee, food trucks. Would recommend to anyone coming to Auburn!"

"I absolutely love living here. My experience here has been nothing but pleasant! The staff are all so kind and helpful, any issues are resolved quickly. It’s also close to campus with tiger transit stops located on the apartment site.They also are partnered with an app called Flex which helps you by letting you pay half of your rent at the beginning of the month and the other half whenever you would like before the end of the month. This definitely helps if you are worried about the cost! Definitely will always recommend Logan Square Apartments to anyone looking for a place to stay in Auburn!!"

"Great apartments for the price. I have not had any issues with the buildings and the workers will make repairs if you simply file a work order! Prime location for off campus students in Auburn. The bus comes right by the apartment to take you to the center of campus. Really convenient. Had a 10/10 experience with them so far!"

"I have been living at Logan Sqaure for three years. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to campus and local amenities. The management team is friendly and always willing to help with any issues or concerns. The apartments are well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are promptly addressed. The community events organized by the management are a great way to meet neighbors and make friends. The amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, add to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this apartment complex to any Auburn student looking for a comfortable and convenient living environment."

"This is the worst place an Auburn student could choose to live. The apartment has flooded more than 9 times since move in and the staff has been no where close to helpful. Because of the floods, furniture started to mold, but it just joined the mold that was already in the apartment air vents before moving in. Flooding not only occurred from the rain but also from the celling. On one special occasion when returning from class the entire ceiling was missing. In July, the replaced ceiling began to cave in which resulted in us having enough and moving out. Guess what? More mold was found when they took out the ceiling the second time. From the walls popping, to the amenities basically falling apart ( the sink isn't even held onto the counter), the worst thing about Logan Square has to be the staff. The staff expected July's rent in full when the ceiling and most of the walls were missing or else we would be sent to collections. The manager is useless and just states "there's nothing I can do". The health department even came and deemed the apartment unlivable on top of everything previously stated. Only live here if you hate your life and want to make it worse."
