The Samford Glenn Apartments

"Walked in and was greeted immediately! We weren’t expecting to be able to tour that day since we didn’t have an appointment but Jamon made that possible! He showed us everything we wanted to see and answered all of our questions! He also asked us about ourselves and made us feel super comfortable and welcome! We loved the apartments we looked at! It seemed like a place we wanted to live and have our kids at! Highly highly recommended!!!!"

"I wasn't going to write this review but since my emails and calls have been ignored, as well as my mother getting the run around when she visits the office, I have decided to share my experience. I assisted my mother in applying for an apartment at Samford Glenn and was told by Jamon (after asking because I was hesitant due to the extremely high fees) prior to applying that I would be refunded the $250 for the application fee if she was denied. My husband was also listed as a guarantor. We paid the application fee for him as well and his application was NEVER processed. After trying and trying to get her issue resolved to get her in, we gave up. We paid $400 for absolutely nothing. I called yesterday to see about getting the $250 refunded and to see about the $75 fee for my husband's application that was never processed and was told I would receive a call from Hannah. I received an email from Hannah saying they would refund the $250 fee, this was ON NOVEMBER 17TH 2023. It is now February 7th 2024 and still nothing. My mother is a single mother and this entire process out her in a bind. Had we known her application would be denied without my husband's application being processed, we would have never applied. Applicant beware!"

I toured with him and reached back out when I decided to lease, and he walked me through the entire process and answered any questions I had thoroughly and promptly. "The maintenance team is amazing! I give them 5 stars! Mr. Chris, Eric and Levi are very nice and productive. I don’t ever have to question how long it’ll take for my maintenance request to be completed. I give this apartment complex four stars only because it is not the same environment as when I first moved in in 2021. It was a great community for Auburn employees, retired residents and graduate students."
