"It has been a fantastic place for my son going to college. It’s quiet, safe, clean, and newly remodeled. Management and staff are always available to address any questions. Highly recommend."

"This place was a good home for my husband, dogs, and I. There’s so much parking and lots of green space. It’s a quiet complex away from the university with mostly families and young couples, not a university party scene, and very quiet. While renovations are happening, prepare for water to go out for half a day each month. It’s easy to forget that these are older buildings when you see the upgrades, but know there are little gaps and breezeways that come with older age, but nothing severe. The decks are much older, so I highly recommend putting in a request for a new one (took us about 2 weeks when we put the request in) as some can be a bit of a safety hazard from old age and wear and tear. Maintenance man is really sweet, but he is just one guy, so he may request a little help from you if you’re able, but other than that he’s been a gem. New updates around the complex are fast coming, so expect prices to rise every year. The current price is too high my husband and I feel, so I hope it goes down. We did have 1 cockroach infestation from an early freeze last year, so keep that in mind"

"Super dissatisfied. If you are looking for somewhere to live please look elsewhere. We currently live here and it looks nice but it's NOT. Upon moving in our apartment had so much previous damage that was covered up and very noticeable. The air vent which I complained about months ago still has black mold on the wood piece within the ventilation system. We had to clean piles of nasty dust and dog food out of the water heater area. I complained with a detailed email and nothing has been scheduled like I requested. We have had issues with our dryer vent since we moved in. You can't feel the air blowing from the dryer due to it being clog bad. We had the maintenance man come out with a riged up leaf blower and he said they are so old he can't fix it. That is a fire violation everytime the dryer is on you can smell wet dog and smoke. We have 2 children and multiple children who live in this building if this catches fire lord knows what's going to happen. Bonnie the Manger never responded to my email but sent the maintenance man when I wasn't home to speak to my fiance who only is here part time and unaware of all issues. She NEVER called or emailed back to schedule anything with me. Please inspect your porch as well. I sent pictures of the porch rotting away with a hole in the wood and poles coming off. This will be a lawsuit if my children get hurt. The maintenance man himself said the porches are very old and need to be redone. For 1200 a month I expect this to have been completed before we moved in. Please look at your apartment before signing a lease and paying outrageous amounts of money to live in a 30 year old apartment that no one here wants to fix. The outside looks great but the inside has many problems. Bonnie needs to be held accountable for her lack of caring about ANY of the residents!"

"I absolutely love this property. Been here going on my 2nd year and everything is amazing! The few small problems I've had on the inside of the unit gets resolved the same day, very fast turnaround time and done correctly the first time. Very, very quiet neighborhood (have children residing with me)."
