"Lack of communication. Front office do not return calls and I have shades in my unit that I’ve been complaining about for over 2 yrs that needs to be replaced and up to now it’s never been replaced. For the price they charging now for rent, it’s not worth it in my opinion."
"I’ve lived here for a year, only moving because the rent is increasing outside of my budget. The rent is a bit pricey but worth it, I just can’t handle the increase on a single budget. I’ve never experienced anything negative at this property. Maintenance has always handled any requests promptly. There’s an elevator in Blg D, which is very helpful. I have a river view apartment and it’s amazing! The other tenants are very nice and helpful. Garage parking is available at no charge which is awesome for those hot summer days and cold winter nights. I’ve had packages outside my door for several days when I’ve been gone and nothing has ever gone missing. It’s a gated entrance and pin access doors to get inside so you feel very safe and secure. I will add that becoming a tenant can be very daunting. The app and admin nonrefundable fee is high, and availability is extremely limited, kinda like they keep selling seats on a sold out flight. It took me 4 months, from inquiry to move in, to get in. I would definitely stay on top of the office staff FREQUENTLY (squeaky wheel gets the oil), but once I was in, I couldn’t be happier!"
