"The leasing Agent Devita helped ease my fears several times during my move in. I faced so many obstacles that made serving me more challenging than normal. I appreciate how she wanted me to have what i desired over what was more convenient. That deserves 5 stars , however I don’t believe the community is functioning at its highest potential overall. Regardless if my apartment was pretty much flawless, it doesn’t account for overall performance, lack to meet the communities expectations and struggles with a more positive environmental impact."
"I can truly say living here at Elevate at Jackson Creek has been very pleasant for me. I just signed my 6 yr lease, thanks to Andres Galderon. No matter what issue you are having, he takes time to make sure he explains everything to you with patience and a warm heart! "The office staff was great, I only wish their apartments looked as great as the main office. Renovated to them means repainted. For the price if you need to, sure. If you can go elsewhere, I’d recommend that."
"If zero stars was an option I would put that, what I go through with this complex is insane the living conditions is poor and terrible, my AC been broke since august 14 and still haven’t been fixed there are wholes, paint peeling away in big chunks, the leasing office can never answer their phone you always have to talk to the call center and the leasing office still wouldn’t reach out to you. This complex is rain by people who don’t care anything about what’s going on in your home you paying rent on. The trash area always over filled and take up to 4 weeks to clear it nothing has been updated about anything with the complex and the service here is just terrible."
