"If I could give this place negative zero I would . They don’t even deserve 0 stars ! My friend recently moved here and the apartments are roach infested . The bathroom is moldy and the air vents weren't cleaned . The trash is all over the place . Management sucks ! When it’s the 1st of the month they want their money . They automatically charge you 200 late fee after the3rd and if you don’t pay your rent in full by the 10th , they file a eviction and charge you an additional 250 on top of the late fee that you received. So if you move here , be prepared to pay 500 extra a month if you pay your rent AFTER the 10th of the month . I’m actually filing a complaint with the consumer protection because I feel like they are robbing innocent people . My friend isn’t from here so she doesn’t know any better . This place is predominantly Mexicans I have never I’n my 45 years lived in a community where a complex charge a resident 500 extra a month if late and try to have them evicted 10 days late. I really feel bad for her and anyone else experiencing this . On the bright side , she had a short term lease so she will be moving out . Save your money ! There are so many other apartments out there . Don’t settle for NOTHING no matter who you are and ALWAYS read your lease prior to signing ANYTHING . Pay attention to ALL FEES ."

"I lived here for three years. In the beginning it was fine for the money I paid. Over time the rent increases were too much for the small apartment. Ultimately it was the roach issue and rent price for a 500+ sq apartment. I really don't know the office staff since I paid rent online. Maintenance is pretty good sometimes a bit slow. I hated that the trash shoot was at the front of the property and always remained full and nasty. Also the entrance is a death trap. It's suppose to be one way in and out. But some people we go out the same way you come in. They only have one small sign that says do not enter. I believe arrows would also help out. I guess for the cheap rent it's what I pay for."

"Washing and drying machine has been down since Christmas. They don’t take the time to do maintenance whenever a complaint is put in. Charges so much for amenities that can’t even be accessed. Don’t move here. It’s a waste of money. Shower isn’t working properly put in a complaint for that and still nothing has been done about it. Neighbors are so loud. Car alarms going off all the time. Honking is non stop in the early mornings. Kids are out playing till 2am UPDATE Washer n dryer were fixed but now the washer is not working again. Clothes come out completely drenched. Have to use the dryer twice just to dry the soaking wet clothes. Neighbors blast music all night and are so loud. Some of us have jobs and require us to actually sleep. These people do everything they can to get every cent from you. I don’t get how you have to pay each month to use the amenities but also have to pay for each load of laundry you wash and dry. Just so greedy it’s ridiculous. Dumpsters have a never ending supply of furniture by them. No matter how clean we keep the apartment the attraction of roaches seems endless. Kids keep sticking their gum to our front door. It’s quite frustrating."
