"Ever since new management taken over they raised rent $300 at one time and lessened the time to have rent paid. It went from the 5th to the 3rd which makes paying rent on time even harder. They will not take split payment anymore. New management staff are very nasty, when I asked for a few more days to pay rent because they shorted time to pay rent I was told absolutely not. Old management would with no problem. Someone from new management told me that they are new management and that they will not being doing that. I explained that I’m very sickly and that I miss a lot of days at work. And all she would say to me is that this is new management and they will not allowed that. After raising rent I still have old appliances, but I pay for rent like I have new appliances. I’ve been complaining for ever about how nasty and disgusting the breezeway are."

"Maintenance repair is terrible. I had to purchase my own stove because the second one was worse than the first, my refrigerator is leaning on the wall. Solicitation is terrible; I am really fed up with all kinds of card placed on or at my door. I don’t really believe that management has done anything to stop the solicitation of the cards and also people knocking on my door trying to sell something. A very disrespectful community here. Spanish speaking people are more favored. FED UP!!! Thank you."

"I am over 13 years living in this community I am certified the way how these people operating maintenance and all that kind of stuff I would like to say that it will be nice if they put a synthetic grass and a part where kids are playing soccer that's all but other than that I guess everything is okay"

"Rent is too expensive here and not worth it. they be shutting down the water, they charge you extra for the smallest things that they should be taking care of, if something’s wrong in your apartment you better figure it out by yourself because there’s no way they will send someone, neighbors will complain about anything and be fighting over parking spots, worst apartments I’ve ever lived in"

"I set up an appointment to tour this apartment as the photos online looked decent, however upon arrival we noticed a multitude of issues. Trash everywhere, the dumpsters overflowing and smelly. The wood on the apartment siding were bowing badly and all of the windows looked foggy, a sign of water damage. Everyone's windows had either messed up blinds or ripped screens. The pool was green and unusable in the middle of swim season, and to top it all off we couldn't even tour! When we arrived the leasing office was locked. When we were let in, they told us there were no available apartments to tour. Honestly, just based on what we saw walking around outside the apartments, it was already off of our list of options anyways. I felt like I could catch ring worm just touring a model of this complex. Considering the prices of this place online, it is definitely not worth the rent. Also many of the photos provided on Google are not the actual apartment complex, definitely a lot of red flags."
