"First of all this apartment complex is trash. It's ghetto. These apartments need a lot of work. The mailboxes have big locks on some of them because mailboxes are broken into. The corporate office is a joke. When you call with an issue, the staff does not call you back. You can't speak to someone live unless they call you. Corporate office is just as bad as the leasing office. Sometimes you hear gun shots in the middle of the night. It is not a safe community. The gates are often broken. When the gates are working, someone can still come in behind you. It is not safe. When my lease is up I will not be renewing. These are not luxury apartments. These apartments should be no more than $600 a month."
"Oakwoodvista Apartments are well taken care of and staff is very polite! Especially Angelica she’s at front desk, very helpful and kind and very patient. Made my living experience here smooth during the moving process and throughout my time living here, any inquiries or concerns I have she will take care of it fast and make sure I’m happy at the end."

"My mother and I have been living here for 10 years now and I have to say that I’ve never had such amazing property managers and staff as Gary and Kimberly. They are profesional, kind and truly care. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. I think staying at a place where you feel secure and you know the staff cares makes a difference and this apartment just does that for us."
