"Really like my unit, the building and amenities. Convenient spot on Buford with walking access to public spaces and businesses, along with proximity to larger shopping centers. It is pricey, but fair, I think, considering the quality of the space and location (and generally high rents in the metro). The staff is nice and helpful, but the one issue is building repairs taking a while. The garage door has never worked 100% and cars have been burgled. The fob system was offline for a couple months too. Also, we shouldn’t be limited to two guests at the pool."

From getting everything signed and agreed upon 2 days after viewing the apartment, to the great job the cleaning team did in my unit; I will 100 percent be recommending them.
