"Was hoping to rent but person I had appt. with didn't even divulge that she was individual and COMPLETELY ignored my questions regarding posts of MOLD and video of ROACH infestation! They don't answer phones yet "will be recorded for quality purposes" all you'll EVER GET is a text saying someone will contact you. SAME RECORDING WHEN YOU'RE CALLIN A SA TENANT WITH AN "EMERGENCY"...smh. they need to STOP having unprofessional 20+30 y.o. work in these feilds."

"I have been through so much from the first day of moving in this community 5 years ago. I gave this community a 3 star only because of the resent improvements within the past 6mths. I too second all of the other reviews of living here and I can go on forever about what I've experienced. It's been so bad that I had to start a paper trail to protect my own rights as a tenant here. But I can most definitely assure you that I see positive changes starting with Angel the resident Manager or Assistant Manager and LaShawn region Manager, I believe. From the time Angel started working there she has made me feel understood and assured everything will be taken care of. She is a woman of her words and found solutions for every problem I had. Thanks for finally hiring someone that care about the living conditions for your residents. Hire one million of her and continue to clean up this community."

"This is the worst property I've ever visited!! My girlfriend just moved into this property and due to me having a lung issue I can't visit her long. Moving in I can smell mold and mildew in the air. Just tonight her neighbors hot water heater caught a fire and the same neighbor is above her with a burst pipe line which is leaking in my girlfriends downstairs apartment. The maintenance that checked on the issues even stated that he know "the heater upstairs will fall through the ceiling soon" as if he knew this is a common issue. Her electrical outlets do not work in living room area. the A/C unit only works when its on and as low as the unit can go! Giving this property any star at all is A over statement! This property is trash! There's are way more issues and I will continue to write until something is done about this! Its a shame to overprice people for unhealthy living issues!"

"Very rude and ratchet but I’m definitely glad this happened it shows who cares about the people. I don’t know why they hire these young unprofessional people. I Open the door didn’t even step in yet wasn’t greeted. First thing red head said was baby it’s a sign on the door where close till 2:30. She could have approached the issue better and then rudeness in her tone let me know this is not a community I want to live in. Thank you. Next time have the door lock if your closed."

"Worst apartment I have ever been. I have had so many mtc. problems. You have to wait for months for any work to get done on your apartment. When they finally come they half do the job. By the time they come back to work on the original problem now you have even more problems. I'm posting this video I said fire hydrant instead of smoke detector because that's how much water it was."
