"I really like the location of the apartments being so close the the highway along with stores and restaurants. They offer great amenities from the pool, gym, and clubhouse access. Apartments are nice on the interior as well. I’ve dealt with some issues since they are still building up the apartments such as flooding (multiple times) in the parking lot (this has been fixed) the noise of construction all day, wifi issues( a lot of them), and during the summer gnats. I think my biggest issue is the wifi constantly going in and out. I’ve contacted property management and Spectrum and feel like I constantly go back and forth between the two but continue to have issues. Overall I think it’s a great apartment complex every place will have its issues but if you work from home or use streaming platforms the wifi may be a deal breaker."
"The staff at CroftHouse McDonough are warm and welcoming, something that I haven’t experienced at an Apartment in a few years. Chrissy was my tour guide and lifted any initial concerns I had from past experiences. I’ve been a resident since May and definitely have been enjoying my stay."

"I was impressed with CroftHouse from the moment I walked in. Definitely a luxury apartment and a must see! I love the amenities and close proximity to shopping and I 75. The entire staff was amazing! In particular I’d like to recognize Cassie. Cassie was very attentive and listened to what my needs were she went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and that the apartment met my needs. "I’ve officially been a resident here for a month and I couldn’t be more happy. So far everything has been an absolute great experience, it’s finally beginning to feel like home. The amenities are also amazing and love that everything is 24 hours that was a deal breaker for me, a lot of other places in the area closed their amenities at 10/11 but I love how I have access to what I pay for 24/7. So happy I chose to live here, I’ve even started making friends, everyone seems So nice especially the leasing agents Chrissy & Crystal."
