"Best place to live, work, and laugh. Very clean and well managed. Tamia is so great to work with! Very friendly and thoughtful. Although, I had a short lease - I had friends visit the Porshe experience across the street a couple of times, there is great entertainment and food in the area as well. Accessible to 85 which was a major plus to get downtown. I enjoyed my experience."

"I moved in at the beginning of April 2023. I waited to post my review because I wanted to give an honest long term review of the place. I will agree, “READ YOUR LEASING AGREEMENT”. I had a chance to interact with the kind and caring Taylor before moving in and she forwarded the leasing agreement to me and allowed me the opportunity to even ask questions about the leasing agreement over the week span before committing on this apartment. She responded to all my leasing inquiries within a timely and respectful manner. The staff as a whole are attentive, caring, and respectful. They will hold you accountable to the leasing agreement, and you can also hold them accountable to their part of maintaining the apartment properties, and amenities. The Maintnance team is phenomenal as well. I had a few hiccups upon move in that were fixed right away. My rent is on the higher side in Hapeville GA. Couple of attributing factors include; location and amenities. The apartment is within a 5 minute drive to Hartsfield-Jackson Jackson Atlanta International Terminal, and 10-20 main from the domestic terminal dependent upon Atlanta traffic. It is 2 minutes away from the Porsche Center, and ten minutes away from the Delta Museum. The East Point MARTA Station is a 12min drive from the apartment. Signal Apartment amenities include: Clubhouse, Sky Lounge to view the planes landing and taking off, pool, parking, and in unit washer and dryer. The Amenities are well maintained. I will point out that this apartment is new. Please be patient with the construction projects. Signal Apartment staff does make every attempt to contact their residents if there are going to be minor disruptions in the resident’s experience due to construction projects. There will also be some noise from incoming or outgoing atlanta airport traffic. Side note too is that Amazon sometimes has trouble delivering packages correctly or at all to this location, based off of my several experiences with them. Don’t let that stop you from considering this to be your forever home or your temporary place of residence. Office Hours will vary so please be sure to look on the signal apartments website. Right now it is Monday - Friday 9AM -6PM, and Saturday 10AM - 5PM. They are closed on Sundays. They also have a courtesy officer that patrols the property. You have two choices of internet providers here at this complex. Google Fiber, or Xfinity. You also have easy access to the 75, and 85 highway’s."
