"Meth mountain foreclosures and the women love you long time"
"Years ago I would swim at the pool there. It also had a fairly nice club house. Last time I was in the area I decided to ride by and check it out again., I was very disappointed. There was no pool the grounds were littered with trash and most of the mobile homes look really rough. This place has really went down over the years."
"The drive going throughout the trailer park has severe potholes and ravines that collect water so that when I drove my friend home my car was submerged in water which entered my engine causing a short in my electrical wiring of my vehicle now my vehicle will run. And the owners are refusing to assume any responsibility for the damages to my vehicle due to their unsafe and deplorable conditions of their trailer park."

"After living here for sometime i couldn't wait to get out. this place is run down. there's no on sight manager, its nosey! this idiot revs a motor cycle all day kids walk around with BB guns, the owner keeps increasing the water bill instead repairs nearly $200 for just water, the owner is not very friendly i would suggest anyone to either move from pine village an for the love of god don't move in"
