We moved to a new unit and still had issues with leaks , broken doors, etc. Brittney is not the best but is better than Tara was. After moving to our new unit it’s taken her months to give us our new mailbox keys. It’s just bad honestly."
"This used to be a great little place to live. When Strategic Management Partners took over, that quickly changed. They would not negotiate a rent increase, fair enough; however they couldn't give any reason for a whopping 40% increase! We dealt with Tara who always seemed annoyed when we reached out. I would stay away if SMP are still managing this property."
"The apartment we got was smaller than what we were made to think we were getting but it was fine for what we could afford I guess. Management was great and maintenance was great as well. The AC is so loud though that I can't hear myself think when the fan kicks on and we have to turn up the TV volume to hear anything. Also if you get an apartment with neighbors above you, good luck. From the bedroom you can hear Every. Single. Footstep. Not sure if it's the way the ceiling is, or if it's the neighbors themselves, but don't expect to get much sleep if you're a light sleeper like me and noises wake you up. I could literally hear them up and about walking around, talking, and just doing stuff in general at like 5-6am and I couldn't even have the satisfaction of banging on the ceiling with a broom because the ceiling is made of panels and stuffing. Also the apartment we had was very very dark in the living room. The bedroom got some sunlight when the sun was in the right place, but otherwise it's a cave, even when the windows are open. Probably because the patio of the neighbors upstairs block the sunlight most of the time. In summary, the apartment was decent, but the neighbors were not and the AC was very obnoxious."
