"If I could give negative stars, I would. I called to request an appointment to be shown a house. I was told a person would call me and set up a time depending upon their schedule. After 2 hours, I called just to make sure my message had been passed along to that person. I was told he wasn't in the office but that he would be calling me. After another 2 hour wait, I called and asked if it was normal procedure to wait so long for a call back, just to be told it depended on the person's schedule. I'm sorry, but if a call cannot be made within four hours, it is a total lack of professionalism. A courtesy call, to ensure the person they received your message, takes less than 30 seconds. And the lady was very rude after I asked these questions and requested not to be contacted."
