"WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN DALTON! If you have other options TAKE THEM! Ran by a bunch of scam artist. It’s filthy and they will not fix anything and then will blame the tenant for them not doing their jobs. Trash is everywhere on the complex. Especially the weekend. You can smell it a mile away. The apartments are falling apart and rotting from the inside out. Anything from mold, water damage and rat infestation. This place is a scam. Do your homework before living here. If you work here though they will find you an apartment and fix your rugs and upgrade everything and move you when asked. If you work there they will treat you like a real tenant but that’s not the case for the public. They will make your life hell and try to get you to pay for their laziness and WILL NOT inform tenants of damage before moving in, so be careful your apartment might just fall through. This place shouldn’t even be in business with how unethical they are. GET IN WRITING!!!! That they informed you of the damage in these apartments because THEY WILL TRY TO PUT IT ON YOU. I know their tactics and will expose every one of them. Again, if after reading this you still live there GET SOMETHING IN WRITING regarding them trying to kick you out before your lease due to “water damage, rats, mold, apartment falling apart, neighbors flooding apartments and they not fixing it and blaming tenants for it. PROTECT YOURSELF from these unethical tactics. Don’t be surprised if they “lease out” your apartment while your still living in it too, which make zero sense and they will be held accountable. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. GO TO HUNTINGTON PLACE. DO NOT LIVE HERE. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY and should be shut down."

"lived here for 1 year and I cannot say I recommend these townhomes, I had to chose this place because in general Dalton has very poor housing/apartment options, maintenance is really lacking, it took days to have my requests done and at times they were done in a rush and not as professionally as I expected. I consider the rent to be at least $200 higher than what the place gives you, it should not be as expensive as it was, like I said earlier, it was the most "decent" spot out of all Dalton that I could find."

"Love living here, My apartment is newly renovated and beautiful, Dalton Beach club is the only place I have ever lived where the Apartments are spaceful, no bugs at all never seen one. And the assistant Manager and Manager are the most nice, humble and knowledgeable people I have ever met in the renting business. I love Dalton beach club I would definitely reccomend you make your living place to come home to right here. We have wonderful maintenance men as well!!!"

"My fiance and I lived here from Dec 2017 to Dec 2018, and hated to have to move away for his work. Before living here, we had searched and searched for a place to live and were about to give up, then we found Dalton Beach Club. I thought beach club in the name was funny, but we took a drive through the neighborhood and immediately knew we wanted to live here. We just dropped right into the office and were greeted and had all our questions answered. I was extremely surprised at how great the entire experience was, from our first walkthrough to the day we left. Both the original manager, Sheryl, and the current manager, Meleida Haynes, were thoughtful, honest, and helpful throughout the entire year. I had expected to find sneaky fine print, disconnected management, and disappointing surprises, but none of that ever happened. We were provided with a beautiful home, affordable rent, great neighbors, and assistance whenever needed. When we moved in, everything in our home was exactly as promised and expected. We had a yard, a patio, and even a dog park with many friendly dog/dog owners living in the neighborhood as well. When we needed maintenance, we called the office, and shortly after Ed or another member of maintenance would come by and work on the problem until it was fixed. I can't think of one time that I was frustrated with the management at DBC. If anything, I spent a lot of time expecting bad things to happen that never did. When we realized we would have to relocate closer to Atlanta for work, we talked to the manager and she walked us through the steps of leaving. Meleida was always available to answer any questions we had about the end of our lease. I completely understand why some residents have stayed here over a decade, it's a wonderful place to come home to."
