"Management is a joke. Lived there 3.5 years paid rent in a timely manner. Never had any complaints. But when we moved out only gave us 1 week to move out and the property manager asked if we had found a house and acted like it affected her personally when we moved out. So if you have kids be prepared to keep a very close eye on them cuz if the manage to write on the walls then you'll have to pay over 700 for them to repaint and not to mention it's cheap paint that comes off when you scrub it. Also even if the carpet isnt new when you move in and you live there for a couple of years be prepared to pay over 1000 for them to replace it. In all we got billed for over 2000 for an apartment that had normal wear and tear for a family of 4 with no pets or anything. Then don't expect maintenance to fix everything. Multiple time my husband was told to go and buy parts and industrial bearings and fix it himself. They also jack up the rent $15 each year once your lease is up and you don't sign a new one. Don't waste your money at these apartments. In the end all they give you is a nice screw you when you move out."
