"Absolutely the worst apartment you can get into. They look nice on the outside, but there’s soft spots in all of units. The bug guy never comes and they never get anything fixed every single unit has water pipe heater problems because they refused to update their systems. Oh also, they evicted you if you’re a week late on rent even if you’ve never been late before take you to court get mad at the courthouse for not making you pay court fees, so turn it in on your credit for $5000 for breaking lease even though they evicted, you are definitely the scum of the Earth that runs this place , so good luck if you’re here, and good luck if just signed a lease"

"*** update- As you all can see the “owners” replied to my post. I called the number 3 times and have been told I would receive a call back. Have yet to have that call back. When I moved out I closed out my utilities bill. I had a $250 deposit with Dalton utilities- after taking my deposit my bill was still $468. I call them to find out why it was so high. They said that I used 800 thousand gallons of water in a month. Prior to me leaving my water heater burst and my tub and outside water had leaks. I reported and they finally replaced the water heater, a week later fixed the outside faucet and said that they fixed the tub yet it still dripped. This bill is on the apartment! Not me but when I sent the leak adjustment to Selina, it took her forever to reply and she refused to repay the leak or even accept responsibility. I asked her for all of my maintenance request over the years, all done online and should be in my rental file, she refused to send to me and I no longer have access. FYI by law they need to keep a file with all this info and they also need to make it available to the renter upon request! DO NOT LIVE HERE! THEY BREAK THE LAW AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! Eventually I will see you in court! You will pay for all I have lost and the moving expenses and closing bills! You can not break the law or allow your managers to break the law! Selina represents you and she broke the law and continues to! I have lived here for 7 years. I have always paid my rent on time and have been extremely understanding that this complex has been owned by 5 different companies during the time I have lived here. My lease was up on 6/30/23. At 6:45pm they placed a non-renewal notice on my door and lied saying I was not home, I was. I saw her drive away. She didn't even knock. I went on to pay my rent and it was doubled. Apparently they assume everyone who lives here does not know what the law is or that RENTERS HAVE RIGHTS! 60 day notice prior to non-renewal NOT the day of on a holiday weekend, after hours! Also 60 day notice of any raises in rent! You have broken the law for the last time. I will move because my apartment is falling apart! But you will pay in court!"

"The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Now the Management is terrible. Trust me the apartment is not worth the rent they’re asking for. My floor flooded for weeks. The maintenance guy brought a fan to dry it up . It continued to flood , three days later. Not to mention, the walls are paper thin You can hear your neighbor sneeze. I would most definitely look for something better."

"*** new update*** this place is a joke. Our apartment flooded, and they want to charge us for floor damages. Or whole ceiling caved in. It took 9 months for then to fix our bathrooms. If you decide to live here GOOD LUCK! My apartment was falling apart, and it’s not even near the Description she gave us when we moved in. We have no working closet lights, or hall lights, our plumbing is horrible, and we also had to go without AC, and had to have a window unit. Plus they are the worst about relying the truth. I personally recommend NOT spending your money here! Update! This place is unsafe for our kids. I was recently hit by a driver that had no insurance, and the manager who was a witness said she didn’t think he was speeding like she had a radar gun. What she fell to realize is that it’s a long Stretch from the office to the hill, and no matter the sun of not, you should always be aware of your surroundings."
