"The restaurant and shop side of it is cool. Living there is not. Poorly managed. I had a hole in my downstairs bathroom wall that maintenance created in order to get into the piping to fix a leak. That hole stayed there for over a year and was never fixed. Between the mold, the leak, the paper thin walls, the hole in the downstairs bathroom, and much more, I would not recommend. Especially for how much it costs."
"Crown Mill is a decent apartment building that relies far too much on its kitschy aesthetic, and skimps on the basics. Exposed brick and piping looks nice (if you're into that) but you can hear every little sound your neighbors make, including hearing their toilets flush. They also have a serious wasp problem, with wasp nests in every window, and the a/c units are horribly inefficient. A $1000 a month rent gets you 1 small livingroom with connected kitchen, and two very small bedrooms, each about the size of a walk-in closet. However, I love their fire safety systems, common rooms, locking building door, and friendly management."
"More stores are opening all the time. A little quirky in store selections. Nice place to get a meal, but somewhat expensive. Not the typical atmosphere."

"Really cool but a bit pricey. The do have nice kitchens and come with a washer and dryer in the unit. Sound kinda travels here, but good headphones solve that problem. Nice exercise equipment. Great location."
