"Quality Product, though not fancy. Reasonable pricing and kind reasonable landlord, along with an excellent location. If you are looking for good housing for a price that will be fair and a good location, this is a great place! Sure, some of your neighbors may not do just what you would like them to, but it is a generally nice group of tenants. If you like brand-new remodeled facilities with state-of the art modern looks, find another place. I may have had some allergy issues while living here, but that would probably happen anywhere. Huntington Place has fulfilled my needs and beyond!"

"1. Can be very expensive if you have a fixed income 2. Pleasant and well kept complex 3. The environment is very safe that even children can play after dark 4. The owner, David, is very friendly and helpful, likes to know everyone and their needs if any 5. This place honors three major groups; military, police and fire department workers (please be aware that fireworks are not permitted based on military mental health awareness act) 6. Maintenance can sometimes be very slow so be patient with them, if anything write a new request to fix whatever it is that needs to be fixed the following week but do not overload the amount of requests 7. The best place for swimming, please make sure that you live here and all visitors are accompanied by your rent assigned number; this is for your safety 8. Only thing missing and hopefully it will be added sometime in the future is a community garden, a place that will make all neighbors to bond with each other more and help others in need who lives in the apartment complex"
"This is a great place to live. The landlord treats everyone really well, and maintenance comes by to fix any issue within the hour of you calling; in the rare event that anything does happen. Great prices, considering how nice the apartments look and how quiet they are."
