"When I first moved in this was not a bad place at all but over the span of a year this has become a slum. It’s mainly because of the people that are living here more less the management. I could imagine if they had an open office here things would be different but it’s definitely not a place where you get a bang for your buck. 1085 a month for a 1 bed 1.5 bath where you have to deal with your car getting scratched by scooter and stuff getting stole from you patio. Along with the mess the other residents make. Below I will show some pictures I have taken just today. There is literal feces by the dumpsters along with trash scattered along the back of the townhomes. I have also lost money to their accounting division where they said my full rent was not deposited but I have bank statements showing it was along with the bank telling me it was deposited into sunbelt properties and AppFolio (the app they use for you to pay your rent). They told me to contact the bank and the bank just told me the same thing that they have received the payments. Fast forward 2 days later and I had to make the same payment again to make sure I was not evicted or given a late fee. I say if you was thinking about living here I would check with current residents first. The 2 stars I’m giving are generous. EDIT: (CHANGED TO 1 STAR) There has been a leak from upstairs coming to the downstairs bathroom for months and it is pretty noticeable in the ceiling. I have put in several work orders and told them there is mold and mildew from the leak and the ceiling is soft along with it getting behind the wall and making the wires to the electrical outlet shot. No breaker switch was tripped and testing the outlet won’t work that is the only diagnostic I could come up with."

"Beware of scam. After getting $45 application fee from each of us they denied us for “poor credit history” when I have a score of 637 and was approved for apartments where I pay 400 more a month. After the fact, they say you have to have a credit score of 530, which my co applicant does not have."

"Miss Mary is the kindest person ! She is very welcoming and is very quick to help with any concerns. She is the best! Miss Lara is a great property manager! She to makes this place feel like home! The only complaint I have is the parking here. They give us 2 spaces per townhome but we are very limited on guest parking . All an all nice homes so far."

"I travel for work and I was out of town for my appointment to see the apartment. I was able to work it out with Mary Hudson where my dad went there for me to take pictures and get more information. Mary was helpful and very kind with arranging everything for me. The apartment was clean and tour ready for sure!! 5 stars all day long!"
