"The apartment manager Ms. Risner is awesome and great to work with, she makes the entire process incredibly easy and super streamlined. The unit was totally renovated and very nice. 10/10 would recommend moving to this community."
"had an appointment to look at a property on 7 Feb 2023 at 130pm. Management did not show up for the appointment but I got to view someone else’s Apartment that they said we could see. I have tried to call the office multiple times during office hours and try to leave a message since nobody answered the phone and since my number is from way out of state it will not let me leave a message while stating we do not allow call backs to that region so now I am frustrated for trying to find a new apartment since my wife and I cannot seem to get ahold of the management to ask questions, do viewing or even try to fill out any paperwork."
"The apartment manager, Brittney Risner has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process and I’ve been very impressed with her professionalism, kindness (especially when I’ve called her a million times with more questions) she has gone above and beyond on everything! The apartment is BIG, 100% completely renovated and is absolutely gorgeous!!!! The location is safe, & perfect for students @ Shorter University & also to Berry College. We are thrilled!!"
