"Visited family members here recently from out of state and all I can say is my GOD this place has gone to hell. Shootings outside nearly once a week. People walking behind apartments and looking in windows. Kids throwing rocks at your cars and windows. F BUILDING top floor making dirty smut videos for Tik Tok outside on porch for everyone to see.When appliances break it takes them months to make repairs. Blatantly obvious that management doesn't care."
"KEEP A PAPER TRAIL!! I've always heard that Mrs. Sundai steal funds and bribe certain people with Walmart gift cards in exchange for them to tell on people.. and this came DIRECTLY from a certain person who worked in the office with Mrs. Sundai and Desiree.. And from 2 other people. I've sent emails and videos of floor boards coming up.. Upstairs neighbors bathroom flooding in our bathroom.. NOTHING was done.. My daughter split her foot due to the floors coming up.. Yet. NOTHING was done. Please keep a paper trail.. Can't say the many times I've reported something to Desiree and she lies about anything being reported. Told her I had a new job to report.. She simply said that was the last of her cconcern and to call back another day. She waited a whole month to verify employment.. And mrs. Sundai tried to get me for back rent because of it. Reported I was no longer working due to the loss of my daughter.. Which took a toll on me mentally and emotionally.. Each month I wasn't working after I reported I was no longer working.. They continued to charge me rent. Provided seperation notices DIRECTLY to Desiree.. And they were STILL charging me rent as if i was working. I stress PLEASE KEEP UP WITH ALL YOUR PAPERWORK!!!! they will lie and play like they have no idea. Between shootings going on over there and the way Mrs. Sundai and Desiree runs that office.. I'm thankful to had found better housing for my kids and nephew."
