"My sister lives there. The people that own this place only care about the rent, they will not fix anything. The apartment she lives in the breaker box is messed up the breaker that has to do with the heat keeps blowing every fuse that they put in so she reports it, they tell her that they won't fix this problem, they tell her that she will just have to supply her own heat. Now = pay so much of your electric what it goes over she has to pay, What a set up...... We all know that could get expensive. Now the breaker that has to do with the dryer outlet is also messed up, she has a dryer but has to rely on other means to dry them, because they say they can't fix the problem. I wonder is it really the fact that they can't fix, I think it's more the fact that they won't fix because of the cost.... If can't afford to fix whatever problems that arise then maybe they should sale these appointments...."
