"This florist is the worst company. Beware they don't honor anything. The products they make a garbage. They will take your money and not deliver anything. Try to contact them they don't answer the phone. They should be closed down. They are a bunch of thieves."
"They were likely overwhelmed but should have been able to set boundaries or at least notify customers. Walked into my office this morning to find Valentine flowers that were supposed to have been delivered two days ago. The flowers are pretty but showing age and signs that the arrangement was created days ago. My poor husband kept trying to show me that they were supposed to be delivered in time. I think he felt worse than me -- its a pretty big mess up. Two days later there is a huge HAPPY VALENTINES DAY balloon attached to these flowers - they could have at the very least changed out the balloon. I will not use this florist again based on poor customer service."

"Wreath ordered for my home due to my husband passing. Several days late. Cancelled and it showed up today with wilted flowers. I will be sure no order goes thru this florist again"
"I received an expensive arrangement from my son Monday evening. The roses were already showing age on them as were other flowers in the arrangement. I called the number on the note card the next day and spoke to a co-owner of the shop and she said she would get back to the shop look at the record and make it right I waited two days and made a phone call and she was very apologetic and said she would send something out on Friday as a replacement because I will see my son and I want him to see a beautiful arrangement not one that is dying. What was sent to me today did not even include a single rose. Very very disappointed with this florist. Don’t use."
