"Order a lard flat bread sub for my husband to have half for dinner and half for lunch. They made it completely wrong and you could not even eat it. He has to chop it up into small pieces and eat out of a bowl. No lunch for tomorrow now either. How do you not know how to make a flat bread sub that you offer. Waste of time and money."

"The bakery department manager Carl is absolutely awful. He is disrespectful to his customers and I have firsthand witnessed him disrespect his employees in front of the customers at the store. He is extremely hostile and aggressive for absolutely no reason. I have been coming to this Publix for years and have had great experiences. However, I will not be coming back because of Carl. I will drive the extra mile to go to another Publix. I can’t believe he is a manager, and he needs to be reevaluated."

"I have lived in this area for the past 4 years and have never had an issue with this Publix until today. I place my order for 2 birthday cakes, one was made correct and the other was made wrong, no apology, just oh I can spray paint it… not only was the spray paint job horrible, but it completely changed the color of the other parts to the cake. it’s my daughter’s 21st birthday cake that looks like a 5 year old did it. Then I get to check out after buying other items, did NOT get the warm welcome from the cashier Kathy others got, it was dry and very unpleasant. She then proceeded to greet the other customer behind me warmly and yes they were of a different ethnicity than myself. It was obvious…. Not only was my cake order wrong and it looks horrid, but to add insult to injury the cashier was very unpleasant…. Yeah there are other publix in the area that will get my very hard earned money!!!!! The bagger was very pleasant which is why the one star is for her only!!"
