"Roaches and management rude I drive out of town a lot they want u to pack up and move out knowing u be back in a day or two. The refuse to take room payment by phone if I gone knowing work I do they know I drive ALOTan never been late but still got raise hell if I go out town for a couple of days and I give them notice of leave and return date"
"ROACH INFESTED I stayed at the hotel recently in room 407 i found a roach in my bed the other bed in the kitchen drawers EVERYWHERE. I also had problems with maintenance leaving my door cracked open to fix a “filter” I went to get my money back and the man in the front was very argumentative, He asked how do i know you didnt sleep in the room?!! Very nasty establishment and the only reason i gave two stars on the service because the lady was real nice and helpful!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY"
"Good service. Customer service was not helpful. Rest room design were not apptudate. Used for zodiac sign. Customer service was yelling at customer."
"Myself and my two small children left for a few hours, came back to realize we had left our key in the room. Went to the office to get a key. The man told us we had to wait until security came at 9pm. I told him I had two small children and it wasn’t safe for us to be waiting outside. He said he didn’t care, we had to wait until 9 and shut the door in our face. Needless to say I was furious. This type of service should be obsolete from any hotel"
