"This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. The post master Travis thinks he can talk to you however he wants. Our mail has been misdelivered three times and thankfully the neighbor came and gave it to us. We have two missing packages with no resolution. We have missing mail for weeks now and keep getting the answer well it takes time but we have received mail that was sent out two weeks after our important douments still have not shown up. I have never had such a hard time getting my mail delivered until now. If I could give zero stars I would because this post office should be reevaluated on their employees attitudes and the way they speak to their customers. Looking at these other reviews seems like I am not the only one."
"I stopped shipping my packages from this location. There's an older male that is very inconvenienced when you ask him to scan your packages in for receipt. They're already packaged and labeled. He repeatedly tells me there's a way to do it myself and if he has a line he won't scan 8 6x9 envelopes. Lol. Not to mention packages are left propped against my mailbox or marked delivered when they weren't."
"Our local postal lady is horrible! She will not deliver packages to our door and will instead put a slip in the mailbox for us to go to the Post Office to pick up our packages. We have a dog that has been outside a few times but the majority of the time she is inside and the lady writes "dangerous dog" on the slip so that she doesn't have to deliver the package. Several of the packages could fit in the mailbox! We have complained several times to the Post office staff but nothing has been done about her. She will also refuse to deliver a package and put "customer request to be kept at the post office" on the slip."
"Manager thinks she is never wrong. My package didn’t arrive so I called them and she said that it delivered and scanned at the same gps as my address. I looked all in my yard for this package. She treat me like lying just to get something for free. When the package was finally found. It had been delivered two houses down and the neighbors were good enough to bring it to me. I called to let her know and she was rude and hung up on me. No customer service skills at all!"
