"Today was my second attempt at getting a package from FedEx. The package came and they put it on my neighbors carport instead of mine even though I clearly have my address on the front door with my house number. In my directions on FedEx that says put it on the carport or at the side door. They never do the right thing and put it where they’re supposed to. My last package I don’t know where it went but they said they’d pick it up and return it to where it came from. So they had to know where it was I don’t know why they didn’t bring it to me. They’re terrible service there really bad now."
"They don't deliver packages at the right house. They put them anywhere. I got a package Saturday and they placed it on a rock below my house. And I was at home. I was supposed to get a delivery today. They said I wasn't home but I was. Now there supposed to deliver tomorrow we will see what happens."
"By far the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. They have promised my package by the end of the day since the 13th. It requires a signature, so they have screwed up 2 of my days and didn't even attempt the 3rd day. They claim they made a delivery attempt and no one was home. 2 adults, a teenager and 2 dogs in the house say otherwise. They're still trying to use COVID as an excuse like it hasn't been 2 months and they don't get practice every holiday season. Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option!"
"We got a new driver who said she would no longer deliver our Chewey packages to the door because they were too heavy, so we needed to get a Bin to put at the end of our driveway that she would start putting our packages in and we wouldhave to go down and pick,up the packages ourselves. I explained as I was on.a cane that I was disabled and,that was the whole,reason I ordered online and couldn't pick,up the packages. She said I was out of,luck then. Waited on hold for 45 minutes but talked to a great customer service representative whoassured me the boxes would still be delivered to our door. Well our next package was just put in the yard in the pouring down rain. Currently waiting on hold again! Does this lady not have any hand trucks? Lots of ppl need jobs right now and I bet they would be able to,pick,up those boxes and put,them on a hand truck."
