Marco's Pizza

"Use to be the best in town. Then it started getting worse. It seems like the more time goes by the less they care about quality. Several times I have gotten food that was wrong and they were polite and eager to fix the problem. I guess the reason is because they keep on having new people in there all the time working. I went in to order food and it was chaos. They're handing the wrong stuff out the pickup window and having to scramble to remake stuff. I've ordered several times for delivery and the last time they got my pizza wrong. I called them up and told them about the problem and they assured me, even talked to the manager, that they would credit me the correct Pizza next time I ordered one. I agreed because they would have to deliver another Pizza and it was getting late in the night. Well a week went by and I decided to order a few things for my family and told them about their mistake of last time and that there should be a credit for a pizza. They checked their computer and tried to tell me about a different order that I did two weeks ago and that they did not have one credited. Because I did not remember the name of the manager at that time. they told me they could not do anything about it. And try to offer me a pizza for half off, I declined and canceled my order. I do not understand why because someone did not do their job and credit me in my account that I would have to pay for another one. Besides the fact that it just isn't as good as it used to be. The food always seems slopped together now like they're in a big rush. It's very sad that I have recommended this place to many people only to be disappointed. My advice is try your luck, maybe you'll get someone who cares about the quality of the food and it's ingredients and it will be great or get something thrown together in a hurry with the wrong ingredients and waste your hard earned money. Facebook doesn't have a way to message you."

Got our order to go arrived and even though it was late everyone was welcoming. Food wise? ... the food was bussin probably the best pizza place in Rome at the moment and the wings were great too."
