"Was looking for a battery powered chainsaw to use around the house. First guy had no idea what selections were available. We almost went with a gas powered one but after the man walked off I found a complete set [saw, battery, charger] for 150 bucks. Went back on a different day for a few more items and had better luck with the guy pictured. He showed me where the items were and helped a lot. Good job sir! Thank you!"

"Great place to get things for your home. IF YOU CAN FIND WHAT YOU NEED.... Only thing that upsets me with the Home Depot in Rome is you can NEVER hardly find anyone to help you. If you can't find something or if you got a question about a project your working on and they have no idea, with the question pertaining to wood or a tool ect. Most of the time I would rather drive all the way across town to Lowe's so I can actually get first, friendly staff second, someone willing to help me not just pass me on to the next and third, have just a little knowledge of things you work with or around everyday."
"Went to the Rome , Ga. Home Depot on July 19 and needed assistance for a new electric hot water heater and was greeted by MR. Steven Bailey ! Steven was very helpful and provided great input on the hot water heaters we looked at and then eventually purchased on this afternoon! Steven was very professional and even provided timely information on the parts we would need that would help install this hot water heater in our house! I been in sales for most my life and Steven sure was one of the best I have ever seen at his job !Great Job Steven !"
"I was just going in for my plants fix. I was pleasantly surprised to find their assortment. Their houseplants were looking a wee bit weak but It was a hot day & I'm pretty sure a nice drink of water would have picked them up. The sales associates were very friendly and helpful. I will be back!"
