"As I was shopping in Kroger a young man, Thomas Dotson, greeted me as he was sweeping the floor and he asked if I was finding everything ok. As I was taking my groceries to the car my water tumbled to the ground. Thomas was gathering up buggies and he hurried over to help me with the water and then helped me load all my groceries in my car. We need more Thomas's in this world He made my day!"

"I just had a horrible experience. The lady running the self-checkout this morning was very rude and refused to punch in my card number when it wouldn’t swipe. I had to leave $185 worth of groceries just sitting there and now I don’t have food for the week. Update: Kroger Corporate responded promptly to my concerns. It took this store several weeks to apologize. Beware, if you are planning to use a gift card to pay for your groceries, make sure the swipes works because they WILL NOT punch it in. You will be leaving your weekly groceries at the register too."

"The absolute worst shopping experience I’ve ever had at Kroger. The choice of meat was almost nonexistent. Had no choice but to buy organic produce from lack of choice again. Saw Austin, a manager outside and told him what happened and he said sorry have a nice day. Steve Van Meter would never let this happen on his watch. I did however, find out that they were unloading a truck. Not much comfort in that regard since I bypassed Piggly Wiggly to go to Kroger. Just out of everything. I don’t know if I am more shocked at the lack of items and communication or the fact this may be where we’re headed."

"I really appreciated the balloon, and flower department and was very helpful today for my fiancé‘s birthday. I also am very thankful for the bakery department which provided me with a beautiful lemon meringue pie! I couldn’t have been more happy with the choices thanks Patsy. Also they have amazing sushi and sushi bowls. Correction they had good bowls, I bought sushi on 12/19/2022 and my sushi bowl was so fishy I didn’t enjoy it. Fishy smelling food is usually not a good sign."
