"This complaint is small but I felt some type of way. I came in today with my pregnant wife to get some meats and she had to go to the bathroom that’s in the front but the guy said let me ask the owner and the owner came out and said it’s not for customers. I understand rules but there are certainly exceptions especially when we were literally the only one in there and I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. I was with them when they were in Atlanta. If anyone understands pregnancy then you know she has to pee a lot and has a weak bladder. I just felt slighted because where is the humanity, compassion and understanding. Thinking about not being a customer anymore, am I overreacting"

"They are located in a plaza, decent location. The staff was friendly and helpful. We thought we were getting some decent quality meat. Went there specifically for short ribs, which were priced reasonably and looked good, but once we got home and further evaluated there was little to no meat on the bones. We actually had to go to Food Depot for more short ribs. I may revisit, they did have decent specials. They seem to follow some of the Covid guidelines, divider glass at check out."
"I love this market! I love that I can buy the quantity I need at a price that makes sense. Not only that, it’s CLEAN. No offensive smell when you open the door. The frozen foods section is neat and products are rotated (I check dates). Lastly, the customer service OUTSTANDING! No matter if you buy one pork chop or one case of something. The owner shows his appreciation for your business. Old Town needs your business. Keep up the good work."
"Paid for 7.4LB of Oxtails $10.99/Lb $85 after tax. Got home and weighed my bag and had exactly 1LB less than (6.4lb). I went back and questioned the shortage, he said it lost a pound when he cut and trimmed the 2 tails on the saw. Went to another meat market to get what I needed for the party and they had tails cut and trimmed for 7.99/lb."
