"Buford hwy, Norcross 30071 location. Douglas was an Excellent maintenance man and security officer. Stayed on top of resident calls no matter the time of day or night. He kept the property clean and handled maintenance calls as quickly as he could. The rooms are very small but I stayed in the apartment over the rental office which was huge. During the 2 years I was there Mike was the manager; great manager. He didn't tolerate nonsense, chaos, loud music, people speeding through the parking lot, unruly kids OR PARENTS, and did not allow illegal activity. First sign of any shenanigans and you were out. There are people whom I met that have lived there for more than 10 years. I personally never seen bugs or heard of any room having bed bugs during My time there. If I had to stay there again, I would. The location is good for those using the bus as the stop is in front of the hotel. School bus picks up and drops off at the hotel as well. Stores across the street and the pool just down the street, in reasonable walking distance. RIP Douglas"

"Terrible staff. You have to continuously let them know that they’re not doing their job. The new maintenance guy is lazy, does not know how to do general maintenance. I’m not even sure why they hired him, the lady at the front desk, Lou Ann I think her name is, got better. But she continuously leaves customers waiting outside because she takes her break and there is no one else to man the front desk. Had problems with the shower being broken for over a month and by the time they finally came to fix it the whole bathroom was filled with mold. Weekly housekeeping is included in the price of the room, Lou Ann made the excuse that if there was personal stuff laying on furniture, etc they couldn’t touch it, that’s fine. All I asked was for the trash to be taken out, housekeeper would come by maybe twice in the month (was in town for a few months for work, work ended finally, thank goodness) when it’s supposed to be weekly. I could not find a corporate number, otherwise I would’ve called. InTown Suites really needs to step up their game, this is ridiculous. They ask that your fees be paid on time (or else you get fined or kicked out from what I heard) I always paid my weekly fee on time, even had it on automatic payment yet they could not provide consistent minor housekeeping. I also had my son come visit with me for a week during my stay, HIS ROOM HAD BEDBUGS IN IT. I demanded that they give me refund, all they refunded me was for one or two nights, I don’t remember. CHECK YOUR ROOM BEFOREHAND. I told Lou Ann, said she would talk to whoever. After my son stayed in there they rented the room out again, goodness gracious!!! Please fix this, it’s the customer that has to put up with it! WE PAY FOR THESE SERVICES. The room I stayed in and the one I rented for my son for the week was their luxury premium suite, which was cramped, by the way."

"I would have to say my stay has been immaculate. I had an easy and educational check-in with Ms. Lou Ann and was able to take a look at a few rooms before I paid which was fantastic. The newly renovated premium rooms are so comfortable it feels like a condo or little apartment. The AC blows COLD Fresh air! I don't know much about the traditional or standard rooms but the premium rooms have been renovated. The community is quiet here everyone seems to have lives and jobs and just about any store, gas station, gym, or restaurant you can imagine is nearby. UberEATS, Amazon, and all delivery services will find your room easily with just the room number. My stay has been positive. I'm at my happiest point in life right now. Amen"
