"The location's website advertised that there was 24-hour staff, but I did not see a single staff member during my stay. I was checked in via a virtual kiosk. There was no one onsite to monitor the lobby, and I felt unsafe. Anybody could have walked into that building. This hotel also states "free breakfast" as one of the amenities, but there was no breakfast offered. The juice machines were turned off, the coffee maker was the only appliance working. The HVAC unit in my room did not work properly; if it stayed on longer than an hour the air went from cold to warm, and it also smoked when it was turned on/off."
