"Pretty quiet here, great location. The problem is you have one lady in the front office that just seems like she's mad with the world and she's rude. To corporate I don't understand how you all open at 11 late fees applied at 12, do not take phone payments as if people doesn't have jobs to pay for their desk jobs, then after 1 no payments taken you're just put out, so why are they here until 7. I wish I can get paid from my corporate office to sit in the office all day and do nothing. Easiest job in America. I would recommend here, but they aren't suitable for recommendations. Great place, but management isn't it. My question to corporate is what do you pay them for if they're job is done at 1, running the report doesn't take long and that's by the end of the day. I just feel like you all are wasting your salary cap on this. Cuts should be made if they only work for 3 hours, why waste your money?"

"Whoever the dark-skinned front desk lady is, i think her name is Tanya, HORRIBLE. Very rude. I asked for rates & she had the worst attitude. I’d just lost my place and my grandmother days prior & had decided to stay here because I know the area. I’ve stayed here numerous times and like the area, but I chose to stay somewhere different, because I would rather not have to come up and deal with her when I have to pay or ask for assistance. It’s a shame because I intended on staying there for 3+ months. Thousands of dollars from a consistent customer, thrown out the window because of a front desk agent with a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! Beware of who you hire, it could really jeopardize your business. I will NEVER stay here again because I refuse to deal with such a disgusting attitude. The other lady who works there, is really cool. I wish I would’ve just checked in with her the day prior. I’ll be telling all my friends to Never stay here as long as this lady is an employee!!!!! Absolutely Horrible Experience with her."

"Room has an old smell to it, location is great as it is in a quiet small town (about 30min drive from Atlanta). Customer service is bad as front desk agent was rude to me since the first moment I came in. I was coming from Destin and traffic made the route more than an hour longer than expected. Knowing that we were coming in close to office close time, we were expecting a smooth check in. However, as soon as I got in and stated my name, the front desk agent told me with a frustated attitude that they canceled my reservation. I booked through my Bank travel credit and the card was already charged, I also had a confirmation ID but they said they did not get it.I don't blame them about the reservation cancellation since it was from the system, but they could have had a better attitude as it was not my fault either. It was completely not my fault but they still gave me an attitude and did not try to assist or understand my fustration either. They did not even bother offering any other available rooms they had until I asked them. I even explained that I just drove a long way to get there, but they did not seem to care at all. I understand everyone has bad days at work but it does not mean they can put it on customers, as we all go through other things too. No empathy at all from the staff and not even trying to assist in any ways at all!"
