"Yesterday I was in this location, the reason I was visiting this store is because I needed to replace the screen of my phone, and it was broken, I visited the lawrenceville store, which is on parkside walk ln, they sent me to the store located on buford drive, because They did not have the white screen for my iphone5se. The person who attended me at the Buford store was a guy, He told me it would take him 2 hours and 30minutes to fix the screen. I left him my wife's phone number, so he could call me when the phone was ready, but he never called me. I left the phone at 3:00pm and I had to go to the store to see if the phone was ready, at 6:00 pm when I arrived to the store he was just playing with his phone, when he handed me my phone, with the new screen. The new screen was detached from the top where the speaker is.I told him that the screen was not well glued, and he told me many excuses saying that the frame is bent and that when he opened the phone, the phone didn’t have the original apple battery, this phone is like new and he told me that he would discount me $20 dollars, I told him that I didn’t want the discount that I wanted him to fix the phone screen, he told me to come back the next day Sunday, July 3, that I could have the broken screen back and that he would not charge me anything, Today I went for my phone and the old screen was their, but the screen came more cracked than the time I left it there, I would not recommend anyone to change the screen of their phone to this location, the service is terrible."
