"This family owned and operated business is by far the best shop I’ve ever had the privilege of taking my car to. After a small diagnostics the heat was fixed in my 03 accord in under an hour! Thank you Justin for all that you do."

"My experience with On Track started off very well. Justin came recommended by a good friend and was responsive and checking out my daughters car quickly while he was off the clock. I thanked him multiple times for this and had the vehicle towed to his shop for further diagnosis of the problem. They checked it out within a couple of business days and get back to me with suspicion of having a bad battery and the throttlebody being bad. They used a good battery, that they had, and determined that the throttle body needed to be replaced. I agreed to the repairs and they were done. Since they didn't mention the battery any longer, I had assumed that they had tested it before letting it leave their shop. It turns out the battery had not been tested and it ended up leaving my daughter stranded within a few days of the repair being done. She only drove the car twice after she left there. I had the car towed back to Ontrack at a cost of $215. At the time we didn't know the exact nature of the problem but as it turns out, the battery was bad along with the throttlebody that they had already replaced. The only compensation Justin offered was no labor to install the battery. I think that's interesting because most places where you purchased a battery from don't charge labor to put it in. The mechanic I used in Marietta for years wouldn't charge to put the battery in if I bought it from him and many places operate this way. When I asked further questions about why the battery wasn't tested I never got a good answer. When I pushed to have the tow bill covered, the manager told me that they had employees to pay and needed to put food on the table for their family. My response was that $215 would be quite a bit of food for my family also. But instead it had to be used for a tow truck that could've been avoided with an easy simple battery test. So this whole thing ended up costing me a good bit more than it should have because of an oversight that the company would not recognize. * I had to edit my rating of this company from two stars to one because that's as low as google will allow. Not only would the owner of the company not concede any compensation to speak of for the tow back to On Track Auto when they failed to test the car's battery but the original problem still was NOT resolved. My daughter discovered this shortly after she left their building. The car went into "limp" mode. For this to happen to a 19 year-old driver it completely distracted her and put her into a mild state of panic. As she was trying to pull over to call me and tell me about the issue she unfortunately pulled in front of another car and totaled the vehicle. Thank goodness she, not the other driver was injured."

"It was a little hard to find but worth the effort.a very kind young couple with an adorable young toddler son running a buisiness very well and thought out put in my power steering pressure hose in one day and fixed what I thought would be a major task later .by being honest and finding a small problem and fixing it for a minor extra amount instead of making me think I had a bigger problem and the final total was way less than anyone else quoted me. I will definitely use them and recommend them highly. Thanks to them I am on the road again saving alot of money in powersteering fluid no more constantly filling it up thanks you guys and gal."

"An Amazing owner, my mother had an issue with her bmw at a parts store where the computer had to be flashed. He happened to be walking out of the store and offered to use his scanning tool to fix it. He spent a while diagnosing some burnt fuses first to be able to flash it and could have charged an arm and a leg.He didn't charge us as he wanted to help since he could. He didnt know it but she is unemployed, struggling financially and had to burrow for the battery. He was a blessing for sure. A very stand up man with my trust and I already have some cars to send his way soon."
