"I started with Chris and he literally showed us all our options in the store. We were looking for all weather, long lasting and less noisy tires. He was great but the price wasn’t any better than the price I was going to get elsewhere. Then he looked one more place on the computer and found Cooper tires in an off site warehouse . Worked the numbers still the same ballpark. Then he asked Brandon if anything could be done as I might as well have kept my appointment elsewhere. As manager Brandon was able to adjust the price to make it worth our while to stay with Pep Boys. 4 new tires later and the next day free torque adjustment later; thank you Brandon and thank you Chris. Both very personable professional and knowledgeable"

"This is my second time at this location and I have always received excellent service. Joe took care of me both times, and he always goes above and beyond . His customer service skills are extremely excellent. The team takes care of the vehicles very quickly. I was there for a while only because I had to get approval for my services from my company. The staff provided updates and they let you know the status of your vehicle. No one stays there any longer than they need to. Everyone does an excellent job. I highly recommend them."

"Really pleased with the level of service I recently experienced at this location. Pulled in on a Sunday after experiencing a flat tire coming down 85. It was for a 21” tire on my Audi Q7 that had no spare. No one had one in stock and shop aren’t allowed to patch the flat because it was outside the last tread. Brandon, the service manager, said although he didn’t have a tire, he offered me a great deal on a set of new tires if I could return tomorrow. I got a tire plug kit and plugged the tire myself and limped the car home and back the next day. Couldn’t have been happier with the quality of service and care I experienced."

"Be careful when someone is overly nice to you Brendan was one of kind manager! I have never felt so cared for at an auto shop like I did. Brendan has a huge heart, he genuinely cares for his customers. A good salesman he was. He went 1000 miles for me, even replacing the dead battery at no extra charge, so I thought, and I will forever be grateful, wish I would say that today. He has won my business as long as I own a car. Not anymore. They knew I would be coming back and they sure were waiting. All that work that I thought was done for me to be able to drive my car only lasted a couple of weeks before I took my car back and they wanted another $1000.00 from me and accused me of refusing the repairs that were not mentioned in the initial invoice. I took my car to another shop and paid less than $500 for the same repair. Be careful and ask questions when someone is too sweet. It’s all about how much they can make"
