"Darreyell the young lady who assisted me (if that's what you can call it) is VERY rude. Both times I have dealt with her she portrays someone that is very disgruntled. Well I'm very sorry, you work in a customer service environment. If you can't be pleasant go find a different job! We have spent many many tens of thousands of dollars with Mall of Georgia Ford, I expect better service and someone to actually be pleasant when dealing with them. We certainly haven't spent all the money to deal with someone who is snooty."

"I had a pretty major service done. Which involved a lot of labor and money. I believe the job was done right. My only complaint is there were a lot of components removed to complete the work. Like the valve covers, upper intake manifold and the air intake. None of which were even dusted or rinsed off. Which would have taken just a few minutes if even that. Nothing a trip to the car wash won't fix. Just makes me wonder how much dirt may have fallen down into the motor when disassembling and reassembling."
