"Heating core purchased for 2003 Dodge Ram 1500, not even a year ago, just went out. And the radiator, not even 2 years old, went out 3 weeks ago. O Reilly parts are cheap, and I never plan on purchasing another part from them. Save yourself the trouble and just go to advanced auto or autozone."

"I’d give 10 stars if I could! Customer service is phenomenal. My truck blew a radiator hose on McEver road while towing my boat. I called this O’Reillys and not only did they have the part, Troy took the time to bring it to me!!!! Otherwise, I would have been stranded. Thank you, Troy!!!"
"Every single time I come into this store the staff treats me so good! Especially Kalina (spelling)! Who is always upbeat and just makes you feel happy! She helped me in person picking up an order and also placing one over the phone. Hands down the best! She could not be any nicer and goes more than the extra mile to make her clients feel appreciated! If not already make this young lady a manager and give her a raise! Hats off for an amazing experience! I’m having to spend close to $400 for some repairs on my car and because of her I don’t even mind spending it. THANK YOU!"
