"The VS has started charging for bags when someone purchase items in their stores. I think this is a ridiculous policy! I mean really? You purchase items from a retailer and you have to pay to carry it out of your store! AWFUL!!!! My husband has been shopping here for a number of years and is a GOLD member, spending at least $100 each visit and he is told he has to pay for a bag! He refused to pay for a bag on his last visit and while getting out of the car at home with his purchase he dropped a bottle of vitamins on the garage floor breaking the bottle and spilling the contents on the floor and into the broken glass! I urged him to find another vitamin store and give up VS."
"I hate buying from bad customer service but today I had to buy since it's my day off & my only day off this week. I love how they had a large inventory but one of their associate named Jordan didn't offer me my $5 off coupon/award and insulting me because I couldn't read the receipts correctly. I wasn't pleased at all she was so in a hurry she forgot how to treat the customers correctly. I still love Vitamin Shoppe it is one of my favorite places in the world. I just will not be going to that one anymore this isn't the first time I could sense the bad vibes for a good customer."
