"This is actually a nice Target once you get inside, it's just the area it's in is not the greatest. I personally park on the upper level to avoid being solicited by all the people hanging out in the parking lot of The Dump across the street. I hope they put a new store there, then maybe I'll feel safer parking on the lower level."
