"I wanted to like this place but after 3 visits and waiting over 4 hours to simply have tires mounted and the balancer broke so I was unable to get the tires balanced even though I was charged for it. I was told to come back in 2 days when they would have a new machine. I waited 7 days and went back, but still no balancer. This tire shop is EXTREMELY unorganized. They don't have a schedule or save any spots for customers even if they specificallytell them to come in at a certain time. I have called the number multiple times and have only gotten someone to answer once. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I'll continue my search for a reputable tire shop that does all the work and in a timely manner."
