I called David late on Saturday and he scheduled an appointment for me for Monday. I was late with the arrival of the car but David and team had the issues assessed along with repaired by 3pm Monday. The service was excellent. The timeliness of the service and communication was outstanding. The honesty and diagnoses was accurate. I am pleased that I found Alpha and will use them again."

They have replaced/ repaired the valve cover gasget oil leak, alternator, shocks, struts, waterpump & belt replacement, radiator service, electronic component replacements & referred me to a great transmission & clutch repair specialist who rebuilt my 5 speed transmission. Car runs like a purring kitten. David is Great. He works to find the best replacement parts for your vehicle. He also posesses Great people skills and treats customers with honesty & respect. The technicians are skilled to handle multiple vehicle repairs. I have referred friends & family to them. They are honest, dependable professionls & fair pricing. "DO NOT GO THERE! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.They are TERRIBLE at communicating, very SLOW and they LIE. They ordered parts I NEVER needed and even after I verbally told NOT to put them in the car they did & FORCED me to pay. My car that was supposed to be there for maximum 3 days stayed there for about a week and a half. And they Were NOT done.I surprise visited them after telling me it will be done soon but the RIMS had be shipped out to another ship for repair shop. The ONLY thing they have in house are the tools. They outsource their machine work. I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone , if you do please spell everything out to them slowly or even write it down better yet a translator. DO NOT DARE!!!"
