"Here's a great Christmas story. Went to visit our son for Christmas and had a wonderful time. As we were leaving Christmas afternoon guess what? Flat tire ! Spare was iffy and we are 350 miles from home. Absolutely no emergency services that would help. We spend another night at our son's home. Next morning, I get the tire off,no problem, our neighbor carries me up to Dallas Tire for repairs. Extremely quick service at a fair price and I'm back to house to replace tire on truck. Problem!!!! My jack will not lift the truck high enough to get the tire on. My wife, who is the brains of our outfit, called Dallas Tire and explained our delicate. After hearing our plight Dallas Tire sent out a professional young man with a larger jack to help. Now, I'm not certain that they provide this service to everyone but the Casey's are Extremely grateful for their beyond the limits service."
"I’ve been to Dallas Tire twice. The 1st time was for a screw in my tire. They were able to patch my tire instead of trying to sell me a new one. I was so impressed their honesty & integrity I had them do my oil change. Again, they didn’t try to upsell me on unneeded repairs and commented that my brakes looked good still. Being new to the area it’s important that I find honest, trustworthy companies to do business. I am grateful to have found Dallas Tire & feel comfortable having them take good care of my automobile.
