"Went in to buy a headlight. A gentleman came out and replaced my old one for me and was very informative. Also, a couple of months ago my check engine light came on and the guy that checked the codes told me it was a software update that had to be done at the dealership. Thanks for all the help!!"

"On 1/21/24 I went to the Dallas, Ga Auto Zones because a light came on in my cart saying stop Vehicle, and keep car running. I got there at 8am, I didn’t know what time the store opened (8:30am) waited. Went inside told the young man what was going on, he went outside, I went back inside because it was 12 degrees, he came back inside saying he could not check my Battery because it was inside a casings and that I had to take it to the dealer!! One I got home I thought about it and I knew that he was lying, he just didn’t want to be out in the cold. Very disappointed with auto zone, this was the one that I really liked"

"I went in for a few items and I usually allow the cashiers to check me out. However, nobody was available except for the one guy on the phone. I decided to use the self checkout, and he looked over at me and moved some items out of his way, so that he can view what I was checking out. If you’re going to discriminate against certain customers, at least do it discreetly, and not make it even worse by following them outside. I don’t spend my money where I’m treated poorly, so I’ll take my business to Oriellys"

"This place....I bought 2 items for $3.99 each with cash 1 night. Only used one of the 2 packs of fasteners. So the next day I went to return the other unopened back, which I'd bought within the past 24 hours, had a receipt for and paid cash. 2 cashiers couldn't do the return. After maybe 5 minutes of them not getting their stuff together, I asked for the item back, and they handed it to me, I dropped it in their trash can and said never mind. They made a return difficult and it was honestly ridiculous. Needless to say, I'll drive to O'Reillys next time I rarely ever leave a place a bad reviews. But my return could not have been more simple. They could have handled it so much better and all over a $4 cash return with a receipt. Customer Service really does make or break a store."
